For other licenses, please look at the license wording and the
FAQs.
Regular License
01. The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item, as well as the FAQs (which form part of this license).
02. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.
03. An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.
(a) For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customised implementation of the Item.
- For example: the item is a website theme and the end product is the final website customised with your content.
(b) For other types of Item, an End Product is a work that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
- For example: the item is a button graphic and the end product is a website. See the FAQs for examples and information about End Products and the single application requirement.
04. You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
05. You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, as long as the End Product is distributed for Free.
06. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license. You can do these things as long as the End Product you then create is one that’s permitted under clause 03.
- For example: You can license a flyer template, include your own photos, modify the layout and get it printed to promote your event.
07. You can’t Sell the End Product, except to one client. (If you or your client want to Sell the End Product, you will need the Extended License.)
08. You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
- If you’re an Creavorite seller/author you can use other items in your item’s preview without a license, under conditions. See the seller/author licensing FAQs.
- For example: You can’t purchase an HTML template, convert it to a WordPress theme and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license an item and then make it available as-is on your website for your users to download.
09. Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating your single End Product, you can’t extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
- For example: You license a website theme containing icons. You can delete unwanted icons from the theme. But you can't extract an icon to use outside of the theme.
10. You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
11. You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark. (Except Logos & Icons items)
12. For some Items, a component of the Item will be sourced by the author from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to the component, such as someone else’s license or an open source or creative commons license. If so, the component will be identified by the author in the Item’s description page or in the Item’s downloaded files. The other license will apply to that component instead of this license. This license will apply to the rest of the Item.
- For example: A theme might contain images licensed under a Creative Commons CCBY license. The CCBY license applies to those specific images. This license applies to the rest of the theme.
13. For some items, a GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open source license applies. The open source license applies in the following ways:
(a) Some Items, even if entirely created by the author, may be partially subject to the open source license: a ‘split license’ applies. This means that the open source license applies to an extent that’s determined by the open source license terms and the nature of the Item, and this license applies to the rest of the Item.
- Split and other open source licensing is relevant for themes and plug-ins for WordPress and other open source platforms. Where split licensing applies, this is noted in the Item’s download files: for more information, see this Knowledge Base article.
(b) For some Items, the author may have chosen to apply a GPL license to the entire Item. This means that the relevant GPL license will apply to the entire Item instead of this license.
- Where an Item is entirely under a GPL license, it will be identified as a GPL item and the license noted in the download files: for more information see the FAQs.
14. You can only use the Item for lawful purposes. Also, if an Item contains an image of a person, even if the Item is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.
- For more information on sensitive subjects, see our FAQs.
15. Items that contain digital versions of real products, trademarks or other intellectual property owned by others have not been property released. These Items are licensed on the basis of editorial use only. It is your responsibility to consider whether your use of these Items requires a clearance and if so, to obtain that clearance from the intellectual property rights owner.
16. This license applies in conjunction with the Membership Terms for your use of the Creavorite marketplace. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Membership Terms, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
17. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Item from it.
18. The author of the Item retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Item and you. OVN Corporation is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
- Definitions
- ● End Product: See clause 03 of this license.
- ● Free: No fee is paid by the end user to access the End Product. The End Product is not sold. No fee is paid to subscribe to a service that includes the End Product (eg a website subscription fee).

Extended License
01. The Extended License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item, as well as the FAQs (which form part of this license).
02. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product may be Sold.
03. An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.
(a) For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customised implementation of the Item.
For example, the item is a magazine template and the end product is the finished magazine.
(b) For other types of Item, an End Product is something that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
- For example, the item is an audio track and the end product is a movie sold on DVD. See the FAQs for examples and information about End Products and the single application requirement.
04. You can create the End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.
05. You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.
06. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license. You can do these things as long as the End Product you then create is one that’s permitted under clause 03.
- For example: you can license a vector, manipulate it and add your own elements to create an illustration that’s used as a book cover.
07. This license is a “single application” license and not a “multi-use” license, which means that you can’t use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.
08. You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
- For example: You can’t license a number of audio files, and re-distribute them as a package on a CD.
- If you’re an Creavorite seller/author you can use other items in your item’s preview without a license, under conditions. See the seller/author licensing FAQs.
09. Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete components before creating your single End Product, you can’t extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
- For example: You license a game starter kit. You can delete unwanted 3D models from the file. But you can’t extract and use a 3D model outside of the game starter kit.
For these Items, a ‘split license’ applies. This means that the open source license applies to an extent that’s determined by the open source license terms and the nature of the Item, and this license applies to the rest of the Item.
- For more information, see this Knowledge Base article. This is most common for themes for WordPress and other open source platforms. Where split licensing applies, this is noted in the Item’s download files.

Logo Template License
When you “buy” (license) a logo template (Logo Template) from a Creavorite marketplace you may not be the only person who likes that Logo Template so much they’re willing to buy it! That is, the Logo Template you’re buying is not exclusive to you and the same logo can be used by someone else.
01. The Logo Template License gives you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Logo Template in one Final Logo. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of a Logo Template as well as the FAQs which form part of this license.
02. A Final Logo is a customised implementation of the Logo Template.
- For example: the Logo Template is a cool looking emblem with a generic word. The Final Logo is the same emblem with your company’s name replacing the generic word.
03. You can make any number of copies of the single Final Logo and use it in unlimited ways.
- For example: You’ve customised a Logo Template and created your one Final Logo. You can then use this Final Logo in any way that you like, e.g. corporate branding, business cards, letterheads, website and packaging. You can use the Final Logo to brand free or paid products.
04. You can modify or manipulate the Logo Template. You can combine the Logo Template with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting Final Logo is subject to the terms of this license.
05. If you want to create a different Final Logo from the Logo Template, you will need to buy another licence.
- For example: You’ve used a logo template to create a Final Logo for one of your ventures. To use the same template to create another logo for another venture, you’ll need to buy another license. If you are a designer creating Final Logos for different clients, you will need one license per client.
06. You can’t re-distribute the Logo Template as stock or as a template. You can’t do this with the Logo Template either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Logo Template.
07. You can’t claim any exclusive right to use the Logo Template or Final Logo, which includes not claiming trademark rights or copyright in the Final Logo and not applying to register the Final Logo as a trademark anywhere.
08. You can create one Final Logo for a client, and you can transfer that single Final Logo to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
09. Because of the importance of your client understanding the specific nature of non-exclusive stock logo licenses, when you use a Logo Template to create a Final Logo for a client, you must ensure that your client agrees to the following things. Your client must:
(a) acknowledge that the Logo Template contained in the Final Logo is provided on a non-exclusive basis and may be used by other
persons;
(b) agree not to claim an exclusive right to use the Logo Template or Final Logo, which includes not claiming trademark rights or
copyright in the Final Logo and not applying to register the Final Logo as a trademark anywhere.
10. You can only use the Logo Template for lawful purposes.
11. This license applies in conjunction with the Membership Terms for your use of the Creavorite marketplace. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Membership Terms, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
12. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop using the Final Logo.
13. The seller/author of the Logo Template retains ownership of the Logo Template but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Logo Template and you. OVN Corporation is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
- Definitions
- ● Final Logo: See clause 03 of this license.
- ● Logo Template: See clause 01 of this license.

02. This license is for one copy (one seat, or one usage at any one time) of the Tool or App, installed on up to 2 of your computers.
03. You can use a Tool to create an unlimited number of different End Products. You can use an App for its intended application. Both using a Tool and an App is conditional upon there only ever being one concurrent use of the item by you, the original purchaser.
04. You can sell End Products created using a Tool, to any number of people. As explained further on, the End Products must not contain the Tool itself.
05. You can’t re-distribute a Tool or App.
- For example: You purchase a PSD brush; you can’t give the brush file to a friend.
06. You can’t incorporate or distribute the Tool or the App with an End Product. But you may link the users of the End Product to where they can directly license the Tool or the App.
- For example: You license a font and use it in a poster template. You can’t include the font in the poster template download, but you can link buyers of the template to the font.
07. This license applies in conjunction with the Membership Terms for your use of the Creavorite marketplace. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Membership Terms, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
08. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop using the Tool or App and delete it from your computers.
09. The seller/author of the Tool or App retains ownership of the item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author and you. OVN Corporation is not a party to this license or the one rty to this license or the one giving you the license.

- For example: the Template is a cool looking T-Shirt design with a generic word. The Design is the same T-Shirt design with a company’s name replacing the generic word.
03. You can create one Design for a client, and you can transfer that single Design to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
04. You (or your client) can use the single Design to make as many printed T-Shirts you like in one or more print runs. You are allowed to sell or give away the printed T-Shirts.
05. You can print the Template as is on a T-shirt. You can modify or manipulate the Template. You can combine the Template with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting Design is subject to the terms of this license.
06. If you want to create additional Designs from the Template, you will need to buy additional licences for each.
- For example: You’ve used a Template to create a Design for one of your promos or for a specific event. To use the same Template
to create another Design for another promo or the next event, you’ll need to buy another license. If you are a freelancer creating
T-shirt designs for different clients, you will need one license per client.
07. The Design is only for producing a printed T-Shirt. You can’t re-distribute the Template or Design as stock or a tem-plate, or in an electronic format. You can’t do this even if you bundle it with other items or modify it.
08. You can’t use the Template or Design in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
09. You can only use the Template for lawful purposes.
10. This license applies in conjunction with the Membership Terms for your use of the Creavorite marketplace. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Membership Terms, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
11. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop using the Template and the Design and stop distributing T-Shirts printed with the Design.
12. The author of the Template retains ownership of the Template but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Template and you. OVN Corporation is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
