What can I do on Creavorite without signing up?

How do I sign up as a Creavorite user?

Registration takes only 15 seconds and is free! Simply click here or click the "Register" button at the top of any Creavorite page.
Next, you'll receive an activation email (look for it in your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox).
Just click here the link in the email and you're good to go!

I haven’t yet received the account activation email. What can I do?

Your activation email is probably hiding in your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don't worry: just contact us here and we'll activate your account for you.

How can I change my email or password?

Sometimes you just need a new look - or name, as it were. To change your password and email address, simply login, go to your username at the top of any page and click My Account from the drop-down menu. You’ll see the Account Items tab right there. It should be pretty self-explanatory from there. To change your name and personal information, click on the Personal Items tab.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

I have yet to receive my Lost Password email. What can I do?

Your Lost Password email is probably hiding in your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don't worry: just contact us here and we'll reset your password for you.

How can I Change my Avatar image?

Log in to Creavorite, click on your username and select My Account. Next, click Upload to select the image you want to use, and finish by clicking Save.

How do I edit my email notifications?

Account & Membership

Go to your Communications tab. Then you can edit your email notification preferences.

Can I share my Creavorite account with a friend, family member, or co-worker?

For security reasons, the account holder is the only person who may access or modify their Creavorite Account. Accounts may not be shared with any other people. If an account is found to be in violation of this, the account will immediately be closed.

What are the benefits of upgrading my User Grade?

User Grade is like a title of yours and shows how much of an active user you are on Creavorite. And as for appreciation of your commitment, we offer you various kinds of benefits such as Bonus Points for your Credit purchases, Discount Coupons, and Gift Certificates.
There are differences on how much amount of benefits you get according to your User Grade, and of course you can enjoy even more advantages as you upgrade your User Grade.

How can I upgrade my User Grade?

There are three requirements for upgrading your User Grade. For one, you need to have a certain amount of purchases. For two, you should also have a certain number of purchases. For the last, you need to earn certain amount of Activity Points.
If you’d like to see the chart for Upgrade Criteria, go to Grade page of your My Account or simply click here.
NOTE: User Grade will be adjusted according to your activities of last 6 months. And it will be updated on the first day of each month.

Why was I down-graded?

Account & Membership

User grade adjustments are based on your activities of last 6 months. So if you didn’t meet requirements for each User Grades, you can be down-graded. Also, there are expiration dates for your points so if you’d like, you should check your balance for Points.
You can check your Available Points from Points page of your My Balance menu.
